All orders placed on this website will be handled in the order they are received. Products that can be added to the shopping cart are in stock and 99% will leave our warehouse within TWO BUSINESS DAYS AFTER you place your order. Free Shipping orders may experience delayed shipping. 

It typically takes 4 to 6 BUSINESS DAYS for your package to arrive. (may take longer with Free Shipping)

US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail promises 1, 2 or 3-day delivery. These are NON GUARANTEED averages! It is our experience that these are not always correct. Sometimes you will NOT be able to track your USPS package. Inward Scooters is not responsible for delays. For time critical deliveries, please use FEDEX. Please call us at 214-908-4452 if you want to have Fedex Express Overnight, or 2-day expedited shipping.

Delivery may take longer during the holiday season, or when there is a federal holiday or adverse weather conditions. That means if you order on a Friday, your package may not ship out until Monday. If that Monday is a Federal Holiday, it may not ship out until Tuesday. 

Shopping on-line means there is the risk that something goes wrong in transit. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier you choose. Inward Scooters is not responsible for loss, damage or delays while your package is under way. Packages are standard shipped without signature required. If you do not want the package to be left at your front door or mailbox, please order the signature confirmation option before checking out.

Free shipping promotions are not valid together with blanket entire store discounts on days like Black Friday. Free shipping is valid with Ground shipping only and Inward scooters reserves the right to select the most economical carrier. Free shipping does not carry any coverage against loss or damage.
