Warranty Policy
Most scooters and scooter parts are covered by Limited Manufacturers' warranty. The warranty varies by Scooter Brand, and is explained at the bottom of this page.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects for a specified period of time. Damage to scooter parts as a result of an accident, improper installation, normal wear and tear, and improper use is not covered by warranty.

Most manufacturers are accommodating when it comes to honoring warranty. All cases are handled individually.

If you have a warranty claim, please email jp@inward-scooters.com and include your invoice number, a brief description of the damage, and a digital picture. We will respond immediately.

Return Policy

Unused, non custom-made items in brand new condition, in original packaging, including all hardware may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

All sales of custom-made items are final. This includes custom cut scooter handlebars, scooter decks with scooter headsets or grip tape installed, pre-drilled decks, custom cut scooter forks, complete custom pro scooters and scooters with custom cut handlebars.

Except in the case of error on the part of Inward Scooters, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
